Salernitana has officially announced its youth sector management for the upcoming season, with Gennaro Alfano as supervisor and Leonardo Calabrese as the new head of scouting.
The youth sector of Salernitana has officially announced its organizational structure for the upcoming season. Gennaro Alfano will serve as the supervisor, while Cristoforo Barbato takes on the role of technical manager and coordinator, overseeing both the foundational activities and the academy.
In addition to these appointments, Sergio Leoni has been confirmed as the secretary, and Domenico Nastri will act as the general coordinator as well as the team manager for the Primavera squad. The club has also introduced Leonardo Calabrese as the new head of scouting.
This restructuring is part of Salernitana's commitment to developing young talent and enhancing their scouting capabilities, aiming to strengthen their youth programs.
