AC Monza Launches Training Course for Coaches and Scouts

AC Monza has officially announced a new Training Course for Coaches and Scouts on its website, aimed at sharing the methodologies that will be implemented at the club starting from the 2025/26 season.

The course comprises six theoretical and practical lessons, each lasting 90 minutes, delivered by technical staff who work daily within AC Monza.

The topics covered will encompass various facets of modern football, including:

• The roles of the Director of Sport (DS) and the Technical Director (DT) within the AC Monza sports project
• Methodology in the Youth Sector
• Integration of performance analysis with technical areas
• Scouting for the First Team
• Scouting in the Youth Sector
• A final day dedicated to observing real matches

Each session is designed to equip participants with practical tools that can be immediately applied in a professional context.
