Tonight, Arte is re-airing the film that marked John Travolta's rise to fame: "Saturday Night Fever." To celebrate this iconic actor, we present a quiz featuring eight of his films, each to be recognized with just a single image.

One of the standout moments from the recent Cannes Film Festival was John Travolta's return, donning his signature black beret. The enduring Vincent Vega from "Pulp Fiction" attended to present his directorial debut, "Night Flight to Los Angeles," in the Cannes Première category.

Over his fifty-year career, Travolta has collaborated with some of Hollywood's greatest directors, including Brian De Palma, Quentin Tarantino, and Terrence Malick.

In the interim, Travolta also solidified his love for musicals with his leading role in "Grease," alongside Olivia Newton-John.

A Legendary Soundtrack

The soundtrack of "Saturday Night Fever" remains one of the most celebrated in cinematic history. It was largely crafted by the Gibb brothers—Barry, Maurice, and Robbin—of the Bee Gees, who created the global hits "Saturday Night Fever" and "Staying Alive" for the film.
