Secrets never stay buried for long in Un si grand soleil, and Eve's (Emma Colberti) is no exception to the rule.

Ready to do anything to avenge her son's death, the French teacher did not hesitate to commission the murder of Nathalie Gimenez, the woman she held responsible for Eliott's disappearance.

To achieve her goals, Eve got close to Alice Lombard, Gimenez's cellmate. She then provided her with the necessary drugs to eliminate her enemy before crafting a 3D weapon to facilitate her escape.

While Manu was unaware of his partner's plan, certain clues eventually raised his suspicions. After following Eve to her hideout and stumbling upon the weapon used in Lombard's escape, the policeman discovered the unthinkable.

With her back against the wall, Eve had no choice but to confess the whole truth in the episode aired on Tuesday, June 23, on France 3. A particularly intense moment for the couple that inevitably raises many questions for the future.

Will Manu Denounce Eve?

The answer is no!

It was in the pages of the magazine Télé Star that Moïse Santamaria opened up about his character's choice.

"He understands that she didn’t tell him anything to avoid making him her accomplice. This doesn’t stop him from firmly explaining that her plan puts them both in a huge mess and that it’s time for her to trust him," explains the actor.

He adds, "He can’t betray her. He chooses to prioritize their relationship. Manu takes enormous risks for Eve. And since he has this role of being a pillar, he should help their couple emerge stronger from this situation."

Despite Manu's help, will Eve manage to escape the police? The answer will come soon in Un si grand soleil.
