While inviting her friends over for dinner, Astrid (Lucie Lucas) had no idea that the evening would turn into a nightmare in Tomorrow Belongs to Us.

When arriving at the young woman's house, Audrey (Charlotte Gaccio) and Chloé (Ingrid Chauvin) heard sounds of glass breaking and their friend screaming for help.

With the front door locked, the two women had no choice but to enter through the garden. It was there that they discovered Astrid injured and in shock.

But what happened?

In the episode airing on June 29, already available on the TF1+ platform, the police interrogate Astrid at her home.

"I was coming back from shopping. I went to change in my room and then I heard noise. So I went to check and that’s when I saw this guy in my living room. He was wearing a hood. He lunged at me, threatened me with a knife, and then demanded I give him money and the code to my safe. But I told him I didn’t have a safe. He insisted like crazy. He shook me so hard that I fell onto the table," she explains.

When he heard noise outside, the individual allegedly dragged her to the bedroom before demanding her jewelry and all the valuables she owned.

She continues, "When he realized the girls were going to come in through the garden, he panicked, locked the bedroom door, and said he would kill me if I didn’t give him something. In the end, he took my handbag and left through the window."

However, one detail intrigues the investigators. Damien and Sara notice that no signs of forced entry were found in the house. Chloé explains that the sliding glass doors were left open and that they themselves entered through that way. The attacker could have done the same.

While the police are leaning towards the theory of a burglary gone wrong, Chloé mentions the altercation Astrid had a few days earlier with Marco, the baker from the Halles, while they were dancing in the garden.

Was Astrid really a victim of a burglary, or is someone deliberately trying to harm her? Answers coming soon in Tomorrow Belongs to Us.
