In the next episode of "Ici tout commence"... With Mentissa's arrival at the Jourdain Hotel, Alice is under pressure. At Double A, Anaïs is reinventing the old. Bérénice convinces Enzo and Billie of the benefits of a second chance.

Gaëtan Learns That Alice Has Had an Abortion

At the Institute, Stanislas checks in on Alice, whom he hasn't seen since the weekend. The young woman informs him that she has her appointment for an abortion later in the morning. She still hasn't planned to tell Gaëtan, fearing it will hurt him. At the same time, Teyssier informs the chef that he won't be able to accompany her to the tasting of Mentissa's birthday cake due to an unforeseen circumstance. Alice assures that she will manage on her own.

At the hospital, Alice observes a young couple in the waiting room and is about to call Gaëtan, but she hesitates at the last moment. A nurse comes to fetch her for her appointment.

Meanwhile, Denis welcomes Mentissa and her young assistant Solenn to the Jourdain Hotel, where they will be staying for several weeks. While Thelma is excited about the arrival of the star, Mattéo is completely indifferent.

In the kitchen, Alice declines Gaëtan's calls to try to focus on her work. Anaïs comes to the kitchen to test a new menu for Double A. She quickly notices that Alice has tears in her eyes and questions her about it. Alice explains that she was pregnant with Gaëtan and had an abortion a few hours earlier. She feels relieved, exhausted, and is suffering from stomach pains. Anaïs insists that she go home to rest and even offers to drive her back.

At the Jourdain Hotel, Denis apologizes to Mentissa and Solenn because he has no news from Alice, which means the tasting is canceled. Mentissa is understanding. Solenn suggests practicing answering journalists' questions and asks Thelma to play along with her.

At the Institute, Teyssier and Gaëtan search for Alice everywhere, but she is nowhere to be found. Anaïs explains that she had to go home due to a health issue. Teyssier is very upset about the cancellation of the tasting. Once alone with Gaëtan, Anaïs mentions the abortion Alice had that morning. The young man is taken aback. Anaïs realizes that, contrary to what she thought, he was not aware of the situation...

Anaïs Gets Her Plans Cut Short

At the Economat, Jeanne regrets having to throw away everything that the students haven't cooked throughout the year, especially offal. Anaïs suggests finding a way to incorporate them into the Double A menu. She recruits Gaspard and Zoé for a brainstorming session, then goes off to conduct her experiments on her own.

Meanwhile, Hector confirms to Teyssier and Jeanne that the students from Castelmont are determined to keep their title as the Best Cooking School in France. However, he has found that they are more easily thrown off than the students from the Institute when told that something is wrong. Teyssier intends to form a dream team to send to the Championship. He tasks Hector with selecting six students. From those, Teyssier will choose one from each class.

Back in the kitchen, Anaïs presents her concept to Gaspard and Zoé, both of whom are convinced: customers will come to taste a mystery dish and will only know what they ate at the end of the meal.

At the same time, Teyssier arrives in the kitchen to inform Anaïs that Hector will take over Double A starting the next day for the Championship selections. The young woman retorts that this is not possible since she is in the process of planning a special menu for that day. But Teyssier is completely indifferent.

Bérénice Organizes a Big Sort-Out at the Apartment

At the marsh apartment, Bérénice organizes a big sort-out of clothes with Billie and Enzo. They initially struggle to part with them, but they eventually get to work for a good cause. Bérénice emphasizes that their clothes will be resold in a solidarity shop or recycled after being dropped off at a collection point. Billie and Enzo commit to renewing the operation every year.
