The terrible Zodiac is back on TF1... On Thursday, June 18, 2026, starting at 9:10 PM, the cult saga continues twenty years after the airing of its first two installments. Here, the story begins again in Aix-en-Provence, where the wealthy Escoffier family is struck by several mysterious murders...

The Zodiac returns... for the third time!

These atrocious crimes bear the mark of the Zodiac, a serial killer who wreaked havoc in the region two decades earlier, but whom everyone believed to be dead... One thing is certain: the children will pay for their parents' crimes!

In the cast, Francis Huster once again steps into the shoes of Commissioner Antoine Keller in this third chapter of Zodiac (here's why Claire Keim, aka Esther, does not appear in these new episodes). The hero has been brought out of retirement by Nadia Roman, an investigator whom he mentored, played by Philypa Phoenix.

"Huge and very impressive"

Francis Huster begins about this burial scene in the second episode of Zodiac on TF1: “Our characters move like tightrope walkers... Our credibility in our roles was at stake: the way to draw your gun, the way to move...”

"Our characters with Philypa or even with that of Youcef Agal are defined at this moment! Moreover, there were real cops filming with us! There was no rehearsal at all; they knew exactly what they had to do. They were extraordinary, we were very happy."

"There were a lot of people: 45 extras, 18 actors, and the entire technical team, recalls Philypa Phoenix. In the cemetery, there were also plenty of guards on the sides. It was huge and very impressive! We dove right in as soon as we arrived on set."

"Our director Bruno Garcia knows immediately what works and what doesn’t. We had the opportunity to communicate about this very quickly. With each take, we could try other things. It’s a matter of rhythm and intensity. Everyone was eager to be together and do their best to serve the story,” concludes the actress.
