The time has come for confessions in Tomorrow Belongs to Us!

Falling under the charm of Arthur (Ambroise Michel), Lou (Rani Bheemuck) was far from imagining that the man with whom she envisioned building her life was actually a serial killer.

Madly in love, the lawyer even agreed to leave Sète to move to Marseille with him. However, on June 17, her life turned into a nightmare when Arthur was found murdered at his home.

While Karim (Samy Gharbi) and Victor (Farouk Bermouga) were long considered the main suspects in this case, it is ultimately Lou who is the perpetrator of this murder.

Why Did Lou Kill Arthur?

On the day of the tragedy, Lou was packing boxes at Arthur's place when she discovered a box hidden behind a baseboard. Inside were a crocheted doll and a notebook detailing the crimes committed by Joyce and her cousin.

It was at that precise moment that Arthur returned home. Intrigued, Lou wanted explanations. Arthur then tried to convince her that it was nothing important.

"It talks about murders, about killing methods… Is this yours?" she asked him.

Immediately, Arthur tried to justify himself, arguing that he wanted to put himself in his cousin's shoes to understand the reasons that led her to kill all those people. An explanation that obviously did not convince Lou.

As she continued reading, the lawyer quickly realized that these were the victims murdered the previous year in Sète. Horrified, she then asked Arthur if he was responsible for these murders.

In an instant, the behavior of the market vendor changed radically. He snatched the notebook and the doll from her hands before throwing them into a trash can. Terrified, Lou wanted to leave, but Arthur prevented her.

"Calm down! I'm sorry," he initially said before losing his cool. "Shut up! Stop Lou, it's fine. Let's calm down. We're going to clear things up: if you talk about this notebook to anyone, like your jerk of a Karim, I will take revenge on your daughter."

Shortly after, Lou fled while Arthur set the trash can on fire to destroy the evidence. Unfortunately, the market vendor quickly caught up with her, leading to a violent altercation between them. Lou tried to fight back. In a panic, she grabbed a statuette that was within reach and struck him violently on the head. Arthur died instantly.

Without waiting, Lou called Victor, who asked her to come to his office as planned. They then left their phones behind to make it look like they were in a meeting. Victor took care of the rest.

Will Lou manage to escape the police? The answer will be revealed soon in Tomorrow Belongs to Us.
