Karim is Overwhelmed by Events

Nina tells her father about her nightmare: they were separated forever. The little girl confesses that she overheard a conversation between her mother and Arthur, where he suggested they move back to Marseille. However, Nina does not want to be away from her father. Karim reassures her and promises that they will stay in Sète. Nina then points out that Arthur might be sad and that he even promised to buy her a dog if she agreed to move.

Meanwhile, Arthur tells Lou that he has already looked into a place to live in Marseille, near a well-regarded school where they can enroll Nina. Lou is touched that he is so invested in a family life. At the same time, she receives a voice message from Karim who wants to talk to her.

At the police station, Georges is investigating leads among Brunet's suppliers. Roxane waits for her partner to leave for Spoon to get food, so she can confide that she is looking into Arthur.

At Spoon, Sara witnesses a heated argument between Karim and Lou. She eventually leaves after asking her ex to drop Nina off at 6 PM. Sara then approaches Karim, who feels completely lost at the thought of potentially losing his daughter again. Sara suggests he hire a lawyer to defend himself.

Karim then goes to the police station, where Martin confirms that Roxane is still investigating Arthur, particularly his past as a firefighter. She has discovered that he was involved in a sabotage disguised as an accident: a gas explosion in a house five years ago. Martin adds that he will call in his former colleagues to find out more, but reminds Karim that the investigation will take time.

Afterward, Karim visits lawyer Perraud, who strongly advises against initiating custody proceedings for Nina, warning that he risks losing everything. Since he never formalized shared custody, Lou holds all the legal rights. Raphaëlle suggests negotiating directly with Lou to prevent the situation from escalating. Karim is desperate.

On her side, Lou visits Victor in the hospital. It is there that she receives an email from Raphaëlle proposing to lay the groundwork for mediation. Back at home, Lou finds that Karim still hasn’t brought Nina back. She calls him and leaves a message reminding him, threatening to come pick up their daughter herself if he doesn’t. Lou then tells Arthur that she agrees to move to Marseille with him and Nina.

Later, Lou decides to go to Karim’s place to pick up her daughter. She knocks on the door and gets no response. When she tries to call her ex, she goes straight to voicemail. Lou has a bad feeling. She calls Arthur to warn him, convinced that Karim has left with their daughter...

Esmée is Losing Control

It’s the day of the philosophy baccalaureate for the Terminale students. Bastien, Violette, and Esmée are in the same room, supervised by Fred. Hurt to see Bastien and Violette exchanging loving glances during the exam, Esmée decides not to finish her paper and leaves an hour early.

Later, her sister joins her to find out what happened. Esmée tells her that she couldn’t stand seeing Bastien and Violette. She now fears failing her baccalaureate. Diane cheers her up and promises to help her study for the oral exams if needed.

Diego is Supported by His Loved Ones

Chloé is preparing things to bring to Diego during visiting hours. She admits to Alex that she doesn’t understand why Judith has nothing to pass on to him. At the same time, Maud stops by the Delcourt’s to give them a letter for Diego.

During the visit, Diego mainly asks for news about Bella. He appreciates that she lied to cover for him and that he is serving less time than others. Chloé retorts that it was the least she could do. She explains that it’s not love, then encourages Diego to think of himself. She then hands him Céleste's drawings and Maud's letter.

Back in his cell, Diego reads his ex's letter, which truly makes him happy.
