Louis Returns to the Institute

At the temporary restaurant, Jasmine confides in Lionel and Tom about her desire to accept the position Louis has offered in Bordeaux. However, she hesitates to agree to his condition of representing the school at the championship, especially since her friends caution her against Louis, known for his underhanded tactics.

In the kitchen, Hector continues to oversee the selections for the championship team, while Bianca grows increasingly anxious as she realizes Louis and Joséphine are ahead of her in the competition.

Meanwhile, Louis arrives at the Institute, much to his mother’s delight. However, Teyssier and the Armand sisters are less than thrilled to see him back. Louis reminds them that the rules allow any championship candidate access to the kitchens for training.

During lunch, Louis meets with Milan, who has agreed to host him, and Anouk. Once alone with Anouk, he reveals his offer to Jasmine, mentioning that he is still awaiting her response.

He then heads to the Atelier where Jasmine is cooking. She admits to him that she has not yet responded because she feels unprepared to betray the Institute, which she views as her family. Louis acknowledges her loyalty but suggests that it may not be as mutual as she believes.

Anouk, on her part, overhears Teyssier pressuring Hector about the selections and warning him to be wary of Louis, who is likely plotting something. She decides to inform Teyssier about Louis's intentions regarding Jasmine.

Teyssier then confronts Jasmine in the studio, accusing her of betrayal after everything he has done for her. His insulting remarks deeply hurt her, leading her to declare that she will accept the teaching position in Bordeaux and represent the school at the championship.

Alice's Binge

At the farm, Alice seeks advice from her sister on coping with her breakup. Recalling how Solenn used to drown her sorrows in alcohol, Alice contemplates following suit, although Solenn strongly advises against it.

To distract her, Solenn takes Alice out for lunch at the Double A. There, Solenn realizes that Alice has enlisted César to spike her Virgin Mojitos with alcohol. Completely intoxicated, Alice becomes uncontrollable, prompting Solenn to escort her out of the application restaurant.

Once outside, Solenn struggles to manage her sister, who eventually jumps into a fountain in the square. She calls Gaëtan for help in getting Alice home and into bed.

Jude Receives Devastating News

At the Comptoir, Thelma and Jude share their feelings about Mattéo, finding common ground in their concerns.

Later, Jude prepares to visit Mattéo in Arles, entrusting the Comptoir to Lionel and Zoé during his absence. Just as he is about to leave, he receives a video call from Mattéo, who has borrowed his lawyer's phone to inform Jude that he will be transferred that day to a detention center in Quimper for safety reasons, to prevent potential attacks by robbers. After the call ends, Jude breaks down in tears, knowing that he will not be able to make the journey back and forth to Brittany.
