Life is far from a smooth river in Tomorrow Belongs to Us.

On June 17, Arthur Vergès (Ambroise Michel) was murdered at his home. While it was initially believed that Karim (Samy Gharbi) or even Victor (Farouk Bermouga) were responsible for this murder, it is now known that Lou was the one who killed him.

Still deeply in love with the lawyer, Victor did not hesitate to take the blame for her to protect her. However, tormented by guilt, Lou (Rani Bheemuck) will make a decision that is as courageous as it is heavy with consequences.

Lou Turns Herself In to the Police

In the episode airing on June 26, now available on the TF1+ platform, Lou arrives at the police station to speak with Sara (Camille Genau).

"Victor did nothing,” she asserts before adding, "I am the one who killed Arthur.”

Lou then recounts what really happened that night. When Sara seeks to understand Victor's exact role in this matter, Lou insists that he merely covered for her. In other words, Lou claims that Victor simply provided her with an alibi and the fake tickets without intervening further.

In light of her confession, Lou is arrested and placed in custody.

To hope for a way out, she will now have to prove that she acted in self-defense. However, the task appears particularly difficult. It must be said that Arthur burned the notebook containing the list of his crimes.

Fortunately, the young woman can count on Karim's support. Indeed, he is willing to do anything to help her. According to him, there must be other evidence beyond that infamous notebook.

Will Karim manage to prove that Lou acted in self-defense and that Arthur was indeed the serial killer sought by the police since last summer? Answers coming soon in Tomorrow Belongs to Us.
