Plus belle la vie: Ophélie Blackmails Ulysse to Halt Villa Sale

In the upcoming episode of "Plus belle la vie, encore plus belle," tension escalates as Ophélie resorts to blackmailing Ulysse in a desperate attempt to prevent the sale of the Kepler villa.

The summer looks set to be tumultuous for the Kepler family in this latest installment of the series. Earlier this week, Thomas (Laurent Kérusoré) and Gabriel (Joakim Latzko) moved into the vacant villa owned by Vanessa Kepler. Vanessa has generously offered them the house, provided they maintain it and pack up her belongings. Thomas jumped at the chance without hesitation.

However, the situation takes a dark turn when Ophélie learns of their new living arrangements. She is in a state of panic because she buried the body of Hugo, the man she killed last summer, in the villa's garden. Fearing that someone might discover the remains, she is determined to halt the sale at all costs.

In Monday's episode, Ulysse (Jérémy Charvet) uncovers that his sister has involved the authorities in the matter. He confronts her, hoping to persuade her to reconsider her actions, but the conversation quickly spirals out of control.

Ophélie Issues a Threat to Ulysse

At the end of Monday's episode, Ulysse finds Ophélie at a restaurant where he explains that Vanessa is firm about selling the villa. Convinced that her brother can sway Vanessa's decision, Ophélie insists that if Ulysse asks her to stop the sale, she will comply.

Ulysse, confused by his sister's insistence, questions her motives. "Have you ever wondered where I put Hugo's body?" she replies, revealing the chilling truth. "It was the simplest solution at the time."

Realization dawns on Ulysse; Ophélie has buried her former boyfriend in the garden of the villa. "Now do you understand why we can't sell the house?" she adds, her demeanor unsettling him. The shocking revelation leaves Ulysse reeling, grappling with the fact that the remains of Hugo have been so close all along.

Ophélie remains cold and calculating, asserting that by now, not much of the body should be left. "If they find what's left, it would be enough to get us into serious trouble," she warns.

Ulysse struggles to comprehend his sister's chilling composure. She continues to press her point, highlighting that potential buyers might undertake renovations, which could lead to the discovery of the body. Ulysse pleads to be left out of the situation, but Ophélie counters, "We are connected, you and I. You could have reported me, but you didn't..."

Regretful, Ulysse responds, "I wish I had." Ophélie retorts, "You couldn't. You're my brother; it means too much to you." Ulysse then questions how she can remain so emotionally detached, admitting he hasn’t slept since learning of her actions.

Ophélie delivers a stark warning: "If this comes out, it will be even worse for you... So when will you talk to your mother?"

Ulysse's frustration mounts as he responds, "That man is dead because of you. You buried him in the garden. So deal with it; it's your problem." The episode leaves viewers wondering whether Ulysse will come to his sister's aid and if Ophélie is the one sabotaging the villa's sale. Answers await in the next episodes of "Plus belle la vie, encore plus belle."
